Veggies for Wellness


So I got talking with a very dear friend of mine, who has been into the detox regime for the longest time. Here is what she has to say about Veggies!

So I decided to try it out! Let me start by saying this, I have been having veggie smoothies in the morning for a very long time, but my recipe was more or less a rinse and repeat routine. But after trying out this new recipe my friend recommended, my morning crankiness reduced significantly, I began to drink lots of water to stay hydrated, I also noticed a youthful glow in my skin and most importantly I stopped bloating.

Blend up any veggie of your choice with a little bit of water, maple syrup/honey, and a squeeze lemon! and thank me later!
